Referee Certification Training // March 14th 2020
US Soccer offers "grassroots" certification for referees interested in becoming certified.
To become certified, you must complete the online course AND the in-person course.
ALL REFEREES FOR U13, U15, and U19 MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE COURSE!
Referees who complete the certification (online course and in-person class) will be paid an extra $5 / game.
Online Course (FREE!!):
Visit online Grassroots Referee course, https://learning.ussoccer.com/referee/courses/available/7/details/438 . You must sign up to access the online course. Select My Courses > Go To Classroom > Assignments. This 4.5 hour e-learning experience prepares candidates for their assigned tasks and responsibilities as a Grassroots Referee.

In-person Class ($67.50):
At the completion of the training at the U.S. Soccer’s Learning Center, you will then come back to this page http://www.michiganrefs.org/become-a-referee/ and you will be ready for the in-person portion of the course. Register at https://michiganrefs.gameofficials.net/public/class/classSearch.cfm?classTypeID=3393
The next in-person class is will be March 14, 2020 9 am - 12 pm
