As the CCSA is finally realizing the dream of having our own soccer fields, we would like to take the time to thank those who are helping to make our dream a reality. Our sincere appreciation to:

Updates and Information

There is quite a thrill in the air as the CCSA is finally realizing the dream of having our own soccer fields. Have you noticed how work is progressing on the new fields at Hurontown?  We are very excited as we plan, and move forward into the next season.  The CCSA values its member’s contributions, and would like to hear from you. We would appreciate your questions, comments, or suggestions on any aspect of the organization.  Please email ccsa.webmaster@gmail.com.

Equipment (from the SAY rulebook)
Division 4/5 - Size 3 ball, Soft footwear with no cleats is recommended, as are shinguards.
Division 6/7 - Size 3 ball, soft shoes or an approved soccer shoe and shinguards are required.
Division 8/9 - Size 4 ball, soft shoes or an approved soccer shoe and shinguards are required.
Division 10/11 - Size 4 ball, soft shoes or an approved soccer shoe and shinguards are required.
Division 12 & up - Size 5 ball, shoes made by well known manufacturers and designated as soccer footwear are legal, as are gym shoes. Shinguards are required.

Please provide the correct size practice soccer ball for your child.

New this year for Division 12 and up: Shorts will no longer be included with your uniform. You will receive a jersey and socks. Please wear a pair of Black shorts.

Secure Play
All goals must be secured with sandbags before a game or practice starts.
If goals are not secured you cannot play.

Reminder-
Hair must be secured with a soft pony tail elastic. No hair clips are allowed.

Jewelry Reminder
The SAY rulebook states:
Illegal/unsafe equipment:
The following shall be considered examples of illegal or unsafe equipment, and shall not be worn by any player: jewelry or watches. Earrings must be removed prior to play. Please put off piercing ears until after the soccer season. This is for your child's protection.
